Solo Practice Set Up - DIY
Self-paced, solo-practice set up from start to launch. Designed to walk you through all the tedious steps we never learned how to do and likely don’t have time for.

Guided Practice Set Up
The done with you and for you alternative to DIY practice set up. We will meet with you to establish your professional goals and practice dreams, walk you through each step of set up, and handle all of the heavy stuff so you don’t have to.
Fees may vary based on complexity and practice size. $1000 + actual filing and platform fees.
Credentialing
For providers choosing to accept insurance the credentialing and contracting process can be complicated and time consuming resulting in denied claims and revenue delays. We can streamline the onboarding process for you.
$75 per provider/panel, $25 per EFT/ERA enrollment, CAQH set-up and monitoring $100 (one-time fee)
EMR/EHR Set-Up
Whether you’ve decided which platform you’d like to use or are lost in the sea of options available, we can help you figure out which solution works best for your needs and get you fully up and running.
$750 - Includes practice set-up, solo provider setup, form and notes customization, billing integration (if applicable), and client set up. $75 per additional provider/case load.
Billing
Benefits verification, claim submissions, payments, and all the potential hiccups in between. We can handle billing for you via your platform or our clearing house.

ash has 25+ years of experience as a successful small business owner spanning several industries and has a special interest in assisting other folks on the path to self-sustainability. since 2020 they have prioritized working with other clinicians and practice owners in their design work and have been handling intake, billing, and other practice management duties for a variety of solo and group practices since 2021.
