1:1 sessions. We approach therapy with a holistic and relational perspective that centers compassion and collaboration.
Informed by evidence-based clinical theories, somatic (mind-body) principles, ancestral wisdom, and social justice perspectives, this trauma-responsive framework centers safety and anti-oppression and allows space to explore identity, change, and healing within affirming practice.We also integrate art, play, movement, nature, and client’s special interests, into sessions.

Relationship focused sessions with a spouse, partner, family member, or friend. Generally focused on improving communication, rebuilding trust, navigating betrayal, distance, or significant life transitions and resolving conflict, though we are open to anything!

Whether you are struggling to connect with your child, navigating behavioral challenges, or simply trying to find your parenting style, this supportive, educational, and attachment focused therapy can help you find your way and build a healthier relationship with your child.
Parenting support is generally 1:1 but can include parent and child sessions, especially for children birth to 7 years old.

Structured support to assist folks navigating complex medical needs and other admin heavy life moments.

Clearance letters needed to access gender-affirming care (hormones, surgery, etc). One session minimum is required for adults to obtain history. Youth and adolescents may require additional sessions, please contact for additional info.
To reduce barriers these are always provided free of charge for uninsured and under-insured folks. Those able to utilize insurance or those who can pay a full or sliding scale fee are encouraged to do so in order to increase access for those who can not.
